Summary0009194: Crash when vtkCompositeDataPipeline has no output
DescriptionIn the function vtkCompositeDataPipeline::ExecuteSimpleAlgorithm(...), if there is no output port ( this->GetNumberOfOutputPorts() == 0 ), outInfo is not set (line 576) but accessed later (line 596 and 601).

 The question is should vtkCompositeDataPipeline even support iteration for sinks. Since typically these may be writers or mappers and unless they explicitly deal with composite datasets, they may end up with weird side-effects such as writing only the last block, or invalidating display lists in case of mappers.
