[vtkusers] change the number of ticks for VtkAxisActor2D

Hello !

I found that VtkAxisActor2D COULD do exactly what I want
if I was able to set the number of ticks / minor ticks.
With the actual version of VTK, there is no "MinorTicks-Functions"
function and all my other attempts failed.

Please help !
