hi..
i'm already build a Volume render example of MRI slices in VTK using VC++ Ver6  and i need to
 use the Segmentation/Registeration Filters or examples in ITK in my example. how can it come? also i noticed that there are no reader in ITK for Tiff format and i must use VTKImageToImage adaptor in order to convert the vtkImageData into an itk::Image (how about vtkTIFFReader?? used in my example)..As a total i need to VTK for vol.visualization and also ITK for Segmentation and Reg. can any one help me to do this?
