code, that the documentation of the method GetNextEdge is not agreeing with the
actual impelmentation:</FONT></DIV>

zero if list is exhausted; non-zero otherwise".</FONT></DIV>

return -1 if the list is exausted and a non negative value
otherwise.</FONT></DIV>
