<DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I have a MRI .hdr ( header file) and .img file(image).... I have read the header containing the information about the number of voxels and the image dimension. Can anybody tell me how to use this information to convert the .img file into a vtk format with respect to JAVA ,so that i can render the MRI image.</DIV>
