Thanks Goodwin.&nbsp; I read through the messages (some of which I had found on my own previously).&nbsp; I'm afraid I'm still new at this VTK stuff and didn't get much out of them.&nbsp; I have installed a callback using the AddObserver method of vtk.vtkRenderWindow but it only gets called when I generate events.&nbsp; I have to keep moving the viewpoint or clicking 'w' or something to keep updating while running the interactor.&nbsp; This gives me about 90% of what I wanted but it's still a fairly cheesy hack. Perhaps if someone can post a piece of example code.&nbsp; Even something basic like a cone that moves while you run an interactor would be fine as I could adapt it for my needs.<br><BR><BR>--<br>You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you mad. -- Aldous Huxley<p>&#32;
