</span>In my experience HDf5 data sets have such a flexible structure
that there will be no magic conversion from hdf5 to vtk, unless you
have some specific tools made for the purpose. I see that there is a
general tool in the H5utils, but it looks pretty basic, and possibly
too simple for CFD output.<br>

You might be better off without the HDF5 format, unless you are a hard
core developer, because frankly its pretty low level stuff.<br>

Could you write your CFD out put to the VTK legacy file type??<br>
