It needs 16 bits data files.<br>in the filename format: xxx.1, xxx.2, xxx.3 etc.<br><br>were you able to compile it? Detail me about your programming environment.<br>Sample data is availabe in vtk samples. You may use that 93 file 64*64 head CT dataset.<br>
