After applying marching cubes you have a vtkPolyData object,.<br>

Try the vtkPolyDataConnectivityFilter. You can tell it to extract only the largest connected part.<br>

after reading dicom data, and apply marching cube , I find sometimes the object that I want to visualize and another parts separted from it (due to bad image aquisition, noise,..)<br>

is there a way to just got the desiered object and delete the other things , I attached an example image of what I exactly wish to obtain<br>
