Hi,<br>from what I understood from the image you gave, you have a grey value around the 'true' surface and a sort of 'invalid' value (blue) for voxel that are far away from the expected surface. You can get range of these grey values, maybe [-1,1] ? It's up to your image to tell that. Just set the value of the isocontour to be inside this range (eg. zero).<br>
