Hi,

I am using VTK6.0.0 to create visualization for PDB
files used for Chemistry applications. I found out that after I removed
the folder of VTK source codes, it shows an error as follows:

vtkBlueObeliskDataParser (0x2a31090): Cannot find elements.xml. Checked /usr/local/vtk//vtkChemistry/vtkBODRData and /ext/src/VTK6.0.0/Domains/Chemistry

(/usr/local/vtk is my installation path of VTK and /ext/src/VTK6.0.0 is where I put the VTK source code).

However, the images can still be generated, so this error message is
more like a warning. After I manually copied the file
VTK6.0.0/Domains/Chemistry/
element.xml to /usr/local/vtk//vtkChemistry/vtkBODRData, the warnings were gone.

I am curious: Should VTK 6.0 install the file element.xml to the location <CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX>/
vtkChemistry/vtkBODRData? Is there any options to enabled for the auto installation? Or it is not supported yet? Thanks!
