Summary	0006431: Add links to home page in help
Description	When you open help and go to the "home" page, you get a nice logo of ParaView and a short description of what ParaView is. However, there are no links to more helpful documentation. You cannot get anywhere without searching through the links available in the side bar (which the user has hopefully not accidentally deleted). To make things easier, there should be links from the "home" pages to other pages (perhaps all the pages one level down in the contents list).
