Summary0013740: Selection Inspector - Cell Label - data is incorrect remote server.
DescriptionParaView 3.98.0, remote server, Linux. (Bug does not show up local server.)
Open can.exo. All variables on. Apply.
Color by EQPS.

Select a cell, about 1/4th the way up the can, middle outside surface of the can.
View/ Selection inspector/ Cell Label/ Visible. Label Mode EQPS.
Move forward one time step.
Rescale to data range. (You can now see the EQPS values painted on the can.)
Now, one frame at a time, move forward.
The cell label will incorrectly state that EQPS remains as 0.0 through the run, where the data is actually ranging between 0 and 1.

You can see what this should look like local server.

This is a very severe bug for us.

commit 877937f2b2e1507d907188d0cccae1efa1573f64
Author: Utkarsh Ayachit <utkarsh.ayachit@kitware.com>
Date: Tue Dec 18 13:06:20 2012 -0500

BUG 0013740. Selection labels weren't updating correctly in client-server.

vtkDataLabelRepresentation wouldn't update correctly in client-server mode. The
problem was due the fact that the client never regenerated the "represented"
geometry in RequestData() thus, the view never thought it needed to redeliver
the geometry when time changed. Fixed that.
