Summary0014862: ParaView development installer isn't packaging vtkMPI
DescriptionWhen I use the ParaView development install to try and link with a simulation code (specifically the example at https://github.com/acbauer/CatalystExampleCode/tree/master/CxxFullExample [^]) I get the following error:

   include could not find load file:

     vtkMPI



 CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:26 (vtk_mpi_link):
   Unknown CMake command "vtk_mpi_link".

It looks like the development install is missing this.

 This one is obvious enough to anyone using the development install and linking to a simulation code, and is hard enough for me to test, that I am closing the bug untested.
