DescriptionIn a 3D view, we can drag and drop the colour legend to change its position.
We want to be able to do the same for the legend of plot charts.

Change I2f42b2cb: Add support for custom chart legend position.

LegendLocation property of XYChartView now allows the
"Custom" (8) value. When set, the LegendPosition property
can be used to specified the legend position.
When this mode is set the legend position can also be
changed using a drag 'n drop operation in the view.

 Create a chart view (eg apply the plot data on a wavelet source) then in the View panel, you should see the Legend Position property (maybe an advanced property). We have added the possibility to specify a user defined position for this property (and once selected you can drag and drop the legend actor in the view).

Note from Alan - Advanced property, Legend Location - change to Custom.
