Summary0015448: Higher order meshes don't select points correctly
DescriptionI have a dataset that has higher order meshes. My user needs to select points on the dataset. This is failing, in strange ways. Points at other locations on the mesh get selected! This actually works when you change Nonlinear Subdivision Level to 0.

* Linux, master, local server.
* Open DoNotRelease-cyl_tet10.g. All vars on. Apply. I have given this to Utkarsh.
* +X
* Now, rubber band select a few points on the surface of the cylinder (Select Points On).

<<Minor Bug>> The jbject now gets flipped top to bottom, which is detracting. This could be my Mesa3d/ NX setup.
<<Major Bug>> The selected points are wrong.

 The issue can also be reproduced using quadraticTetra01.vtu in ParaViewData.

 Note - the "Minor bug" above apears to only be NX. Lets ignore that bug.
