[vtkusers] Transform vtkPolyData with vector stored in vtkImageData

Hi,
I want to implement a 4D polydata viewer. I have segmented coronary
polydata, 10 vector fields mapping from N-th cardiac phase to the 1-th
cardiac phase. Vector fields are stored in vtkImageData.

How to apply transform to PolyData according to vector fields?
