Summary

0010002: need correction of include headers in CMake files for FreeBSD compilation

Description

theres is a problem with compilation on FreeBSD/Qt4 when _both_ qt3 and qt4 installed on host.
Cmake take headers from /usr/local/include (this directory with expat headers), but this is qt3-headers - and compilation broken.

So path with expat headers should be always after any paths with qt headers.
