0010165: Display tab, Color By pulldown menu is bounces width

Description

ParaView 3.6.2, local server, XP
Sources/ Sphere. Apply.
Display tab.
Now, grab the right side of the Object inspector, and make this panel about half the width of the whole display. Thus, the sphere viewport becomes smaller. Finally, rotate the sphere with the mouse (continuing to move the mouse quickly). Stop. Rotate again. Stop. Repeat.

<<Bug>> - the width of the Color By pulldown box will bounce between filling it's width, and only being about an inch wide. Obnoxious.
