Summary

0010171: D3 doesn't work correctly for multi-block data

Description

* ParaView 3.6.2, 4 remote servers, XP client.
* Open g1s1.
* Run D3.
* On the Display tab, change the opacity to 0.4. Note the internal surfaces.

* The hack to get around this is to do the following:
* Merge Blocks
* D3
* Extract Surfaces
