Summary0010350: vtkCoordinate::ReferenceCoordinate not used if coordinate system is View
Descriptionif we use a vtkCoordinate with the coordinate system set to View, and we add a ReferenceCoordinate, this one is not used.
The problem is in method vtkCoordinate::GetComputedDoubleDisplayValue.
Additional Informationthe attached file is an example to demonstrate the issue:
run it once to see the correct result then set the boolean bOk (just before main) to false to see the problem.

 Does the problem still occur with VTK 5.10 ? VTK 6 ?

if not using CMake, adde the following line at the top of the example code:
