Summary0010525: Inconsistent behavior of Start method in renderwindow interactor between Linux and Windows
DescriptionAssuming everything is connected together (render window interactor `i', renderwindow 'w', renderer 'r' and a basic actor/mapper/sphere source) but nothing having be renderered yet,

1. on Linux, the following single call

i->Start();

is enough to bring up a window on a screen with a centered object and being interactive.


2. on Windows, nothing happens. Prior to i->Start() the following two lines are
required:

r->ResetCamera();
w->Render();
