0010607: Enabling dataset visibility wiggles camera

Description

With two objects of quite different size, when one's visibility is toggled, the other wiggles.

To reproduce:

- Create a point source, set to 1000 points and radius 1000, set representation to outline.
- Create second point source, set to 1000 points and radius to 10
- toggle visibility on/off of first point set

Additional Information

This behavior has been confirmed by Pat Marion. He tried the same type of thing in another VTK based application and the behavior was correct, so it is most likely a bug in Paraview.
