Hey Karthik, I seen you modify vtkCubeAxis/vtkCubeAxes a few days ago. If you have time, can you look at this bug at the VTK level? It appears that if you set both Tick Location to outside and Adjust the corner offset the axis go haywire.

Cube Axis has been replaced with Axes Grid. Closing this bug on deprecated functionality.
