DescriptionWhen I try to get help (?) from the ParaView gui, I get the following text:
 QTextBrowser: No document for qthelp://paraview.org/paraview/ParaViewSources.html


We probably need to allow a CMake variable that allows us to build ParaView so that it points to the Kitware web site, User Manual.

 This may have been fixed by now. The help system has undergone several changes since 2011. Please reopen if this still fails and we can see how we can address the issue.
