Summary0012413: Cube axis fails for multiple servers
Description* Trunk, multiple remote servers, Linux
* Open Dave's small CTH dataset, all cells on, apply.
* Surface.
* -Z (just to make sure we are oriented correctly)
* Show cube axis.
* - Labels never show up.
* - Rotate the object, and titles and numbers will slowly appear. We are clipping out the numbers and titles.

 I just uploaded two files. The first one shows the issue - lots of tick marks, no title or numbers. The second shows that when I increase the size of the X axis title that it shows correctly, thus I assume I am in the new code.
