Summary0012661: Missing image reader functionality in vtkDICOMImageReader
DescriptionTwo important ivars that all vtkImageReader subclasses should support are ignored by vtkDICOMImageReader: FileLowerLeft and FileNames. The SetDirectoryName method of this reader is non-standard, and it is unreasonable that the more standard SetFileNames and SetFilePrefix/Pattern methods are ignored.

 moving all "tabled" bugs into "backlog" category since "tabled" is no longer used.

 Withdrawing this bug report. There are external DICOM readers people should be using instead of this one (Mathieu's or mine).
