Summary0012916: Parallel Coordinates View does not work in client/server mode
Description- Run ParaView
- In Settings/General, set Default View to be Parallel Coordinates View
- Run pvserver
- Connect ParaView to the server.

At this point, the server quits with error message and client hangs. At least the quitting should be done more gracefully, giving the user some information.

I seem to be able to reproduce this on my Mac with the line chart view too. Leaving the default view as is, setting up data and viewing seems to work in client server. I get errors such as the one shown below for parallel coordinates and line charts.

Client connected.
ERROR: In /Users/marcus/src/ParaView/VTK/Parallel/vtkSocketCommunicator.cxx, line 878
vtkSocketCommunicator (0x10e034bc0): Tag mismatch: got 22222, expecting 1.

Tested ParaView 5.1, Mac OS, local server
Settings -> Default View Type set to Parallel Coordinates View
Quit ParaView, relaunch and connect to server
Add Sphere source, turn on all Series Parameters
