Summary0015812: 2D Textured button widget broken with OpenGL 2 backend
DescriptionIt seems no longer possible to see a texture on a vtkButtonWidget

The vtkButtonWidget seems broken and displays a gray image instead of the texture on OSX and Windows with vtk 6.3 and OpenGl2 backend.

Steps To ReproduceEasiest way to reproduce is to try with the example
