0002520: Memory leak in vtkDataWriter::WriteScalarData()

Description

Memory leak in "int vtkDataWriter::WriteScalarData(ostream *fp, vtkDataArray *scalars, int num)":

"char* scalarsName" (defined at line 672) is not deleted if "dataType == VTK_UNSIGNED_CHAR" (see else-block beginning at line 717 - there is _no_ delete like in the if-block before).

These leaks are produced e.g. if sending a vtkImageData object through the network.
