0002840: memory leak Graphics/vtkPolyDataNormals.cxx

Description

vtkPriorityQueue* leftmostPoints is never deleted,
and a VTK_DEBUG_LEAKS build complains.

Here's "cvs diff" between HEAD and a fix.
