Summary

0002902: vtkPLOT3DReader does not support "Function" files

Description

As stated in the Doxygen documentation, vtkPLOT3DReader (and vtkMultiBlockPLOT3DReader) do not support the optional "Function" File. This is becoming increasingly common in my work, so I modifed it to support such a file.

New vtkPLOT3DReader.cxx/h attached.
