Summary0004616: Make View layout adjustable through Python
DescriptionCurrently the view layout is totally a Application layer component. Ideally, we can add a server manager helper that keeps a tree of the arrangement of view modules. Python can be used to set it up. The gui responds to changes to this helper object by update the layout of the view windows in the client.
