Summary0005328: libQVTKWidgetPlugin.so does not install to proper location
DescriptionBy default libQVTKWidgetPlugin.so installs to /usr/plugins/designer/libQVTKWidgetPlugin.so instead of /usr/lib/qt*/plugins/designer ($QTDIR/plugins/designer) as I believe is appropriate.

 The VTK_INSTALL_QT_PLUGIN_DIR variable is to give flexibility you need.

I don't know how one would deal with a default plugin install potentially outside the install prefix. It wouldn't work with CPack, and I think the default should work with CPack.
