Summary0007164: I can reliably crash vtkVolumeTextureMapper::InitializeRender
DescriptionI made an error copying in an example from a VTK tutorial. The filename was misspelt (I have replaced it by "ThisDoesNotExist.scl" in the attached example).

When the program gets to vtkVolumeTextureMapper::InitializeRender it segfaults, because it does not check for NULL pointers.

It appears that GetScalars() is NULL here!

 This crash happens both in vtk-5.0.4 (specifically vtk-5.0.4-19.el5.x86_64) and in CVS head (1st June 2008).
