Summary0007604: Unable to compile VTK 5.2 with glext.h from NVIDIA OpenGL linux driver 173.14.12
DescriptionI changed the path of the glext.h to use with ccmake and compile VTK 5.2. I get the following error:

 I repeated the compilation with the same settings (examples ON, Qt4 support enabled, and all other settings default) and the glext.h that comes with VTK52.This time there were no compilation problems.

 The same problem exists when I use VTK 5.0.3.
