Summary0008859: Crash when Snap to TimeSteps, no time steps, and drag time
DescriptionThe Animation View becomes instable when the Snap to TimeSteps mode is in use and there are no data sets with time. To reproduce, do the following.

1. Start ParaView.
2. In the Animation View, select the Snap to TimeSteps mode.
3. In the Animation View, try to drag that black bar that represents the current time.

An assert happens in the output and ParaView crashes.
