Summary

0009676: Color catagories for chart views

Description

There is no consistency for the coloring in chart-type views and for most of them there is no way to change the default coloring.

Chart views should follow some color categories for setting things like background and text colors. Also, the color categories the chart-type views follow should be different than those for 3D views. Although I like the greyish background for 3D views, I hate them for charts.
